About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide cyber architecture, ensuring alignment with mission‑critical operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain threat models, risk assessments, and secure design guidelines for complex systems spanning physical and digital domains.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into cloud, network, and application layers.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes, tooling, and incident response capabilities.
- Mentor and coach security engineers, fostering a culture of security excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- BS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, threat modeling, and secure design.
- Proven expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and secure software development life cycle.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a track record of influencing technical direction.
