Security Engineer
Cyber Security Engineer responsible for protecting Microsoft 365 and AWS environments, managing identity controls, monitoring incidents, and enforcing email security protocols during night shifts.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and secure Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, MFA, and privileged identity controls.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, phishing attacks, account compromises, and suspicious login activities.
- Maintain email security by configuring Microsoft Defender, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, anti‑phishing, and anti‑spoofing protections.
- Support AWS cloud security, including access management, logging, encryption, and remediation activities.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, run security awareness programs, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 security, Azure AD, and Conditional Access.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Defender, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email security best practices.
- Experience securing AWS environments, managing IAM, logging, and encryption.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently during night shifts, and excellent communication skills.
