About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ solutions for large enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in designing identity governance strategies that address non-human identities, including service accounts, AI agents, bots, API keys, and cloud tokens.
- Drive the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into identity lifecycle management, enhancing automated risk detection and remediation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, delivering workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IAM consulting, with deep expertise in SailPoint products.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi‑region deployments and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Strong understanding of non‑human identity concepts, AI identity governance, and cloud security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to executive audiences.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Professional, CISSP, or equivalent) are a plus.
