About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow implementations.
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end IAM solutions, integrating cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM) and AI‑driven identity governance for non‑human identities.
- Collaborate with security, architecture, and product teams to define roadmaps, technical standards, and best practices for identity lifecycle management.
- Drive continuous improvement of deployment pipelines, automation, and monitoring for high‑availability IAM services.
- Engage with clients to assess requirements, design solutions, and provide technical leadership during proof‑of‑concepts and production rollouts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IAM engineering, with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow.
- Strong background in cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM) and experience managing non‑human identities (service accounts, bots, API keys).
- Proven leadership skills, managing cross‑functional teams and delivering complex security projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, automation (Ansible, Terraform), and monitoring tools.
