About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams to design, build, and deploy scalable identity and data protection solutions.
- Architect AI‑enabled systems that address complex client challenges in identity, access management, and privacy.
- Drive solution design during client pursuits, creating reusable accelerators and best‑practice frameworks.
- Ensure high‑quality delivery through rigorous code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in identity, access, or data protection engineering with a strong focus on AI integration.
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering production‑grade solutions.
- Deep knowledge of IAM standards, privacy regulations, and cloud security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous delivery pipelines.
