About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer experience (CX) strategies that align with business objectives and leverage connected operations data.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for CX improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to design and implement cloud‑based CX solutions on the Connected Operations™ platform.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating technical insights into actionable business decisions.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with overall CX roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CX strategy, customer analytics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience building data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management experience and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
