Provide expert technical support for a global fare‑payment platform, troubleshooting Linux‑based systems, Python scripts, and API integrations while communicating in French with users and developers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by users and partners across the fare‑payment ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce, analyze, and fix bugs in Linux servers, Python services, and RESTful APIs.
- Maintain and improve support documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides in French.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, providing 24/7 coverage for critical incidents.
- Engage with French‑speaking customers to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support for SaaS or platform services, preferably in the transportation or fintech sector.
- Strong command of Linux administration, Python scripting, and API debugging tools.
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
