About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategic AI datacenter customers to define product roadmaps that meet power efficiency, density, and performance targets.
- Architect and validate reference designs, firmware, and software stacks that integrate Renesas power delivery solutions with AI accelerator platforms.
- Lead technical proof‑of‑concepts, performance benchmarking, and troubleshooting sessions to demonstrate solution value.
- Provide deep technical guidance and training to customer engineering teams on hardware, firmware, and Linux‑based software integration.
- Gather market feedback and translate customer requirements into actionable specifications for the product development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in power electronics and high‑performance computing.
- Strong expertise in C++ and Python for firmware, driver, and automation development.
- Hands‑on experience with AI accelerator architectures, high‑density power delivery, and Linux kernel/driver development.
- Proven track record of leading technical engagements with enterprise or datacenter customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
