Customer Support Agent — Italian Market
SumUp is seeking a Customer Support Agent for the Italian Market to join their international Customer Support Team in Barcelona. This role involves being the first point of contact for Italian-speaking merchants, managing customer requests through various channels, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across a range of fintech topics. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, passionate about problem-solving, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, office-first environment.
