Customer Support Agent- IT
As a Customer Support Agent for the Italian Market at SumUp, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking merchants, resolving their requests through calls, emails, and chats. This role involves delivering best-in-class customer experience, collaborating with internal teams, and continuously learning about SumUp's products and services to support small businesses.
