As a Customer Support Agent for the German market, you will be the voice of SumUp, providing support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will assist merchants with inquiries about POS solutions and actively contribute to process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Support Agent for the German market, you will be the voice of SumUp, a leading global fintech company committed to leveling the playing field for small businesses. SumUp is the trusted partner of over 4 million merchants in 37 markets worldwide, providing simple and affordable tools that enable them to manage payments, business finances and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supporting our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
- Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution.
- Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
Requirements
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both German and English.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work both in a team and also independently.
