Customer Support Agent- French
As a Customer Support Agent for the French market at SumUp, you will be the primary contact for French-speaking merchants, assisting them with problem-solving and ensuring their business success. This role involves managing customer requests via various channels, delivering excellent customer experience across multiple topics, and collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement.
