Customer Support Agent- DE
As a Customer Support Agent focusing on the German market, you will be the first point of contact for SumUp's German-speaking merchants, providing empathetic and efficient support through various channels. This role involves resolving customer requests, delivering best-in-class service across diverse topics, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve processes while learning about SumUp's products.
