About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions and feature enhancements.
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify trends, recommend improvements, and report on key performance metrics.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, applying agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for escalated issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, solution architecture, or related roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving customer adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
