About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects, translating business requirements into robust architecture using Python, Node.js, and AWS services.
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end demos, showcasing subscription billing, usage‑based pricing, and AI‑driven analytics.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine feature roadmaps based on customer feedback.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support, including proof‑of‑concept deployments and performance tuning.
- Document solution designs, best practices, and integration patterns for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or subscription platform engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
- Hands‑on experience with API design, OAuth, and data integration.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for emerging AI/ML technologies and their application in business models.
