As a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead (AMER) at supabase, you will be responsible for leading a team of solution architects in the Americas region. Your primary focus will be on driving customer success and technical excellence in cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of solution architects in the AMER region, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud-based solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in cloud-based solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a technical role, with a strong track record of driving customer success and technical excellence.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, and experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
