As a Customer Solution Architect (APAC), you will be responsible for designing and implementing customer-facing solutions for the APAC region. You will leverage your technical expertise in software development and architecture to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer-facing solutions for the APAC region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
