Formlabs is seeking a multilingual Customer Service Agent to support customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region. The role involves resolving technical and business inquiries, training clients on Formlabs printers, and collaborating with the engineering team to solve technical issues.

Our Services team leverages their business and technical expertise to assist our direct customers, distributors and resellers in serving their clients by resolving technical issues, investigating machine errors, evaluating printer logs, and teaching technical knowledge.
We're looking for a talented and multilingual Customer Service Agent to service our growing markets in the EMEA region.
