Customer Reliability Manager

As a Customer Reliability Manager at braintrust, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our customer-facing systems. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and develop strategies to prevent future problems. Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
