Implementation Engineer
Customer Implementation Engineer who will lead onboarding of healthcare clients, integrate Splose’s AI‑powered platform with existing systems, and ensure successful adoption using Python, REST APIs, AWS, and SQL in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for Allied Health clients, from requirements gathering to go‑live.
- Design, develop, and configure integrations between Splose and customers' EMR/EHR, billing, and scheduling systems using REST APIs and Python scripts.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud resources on AWS to ensure reliable, secure data exchange.
- Provide technical training and documentation to client teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable steps.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience implementing SaaS solutions in a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, scripting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and integration patterns.
- Experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and managing cloud‑based deployments.
