About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their AI and cloud infrastructure needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, deploy, and optimize AI workloads on the platform using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide hands‑on support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for production AI services.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver feature enhancements and improve platform reliability.
- Document best practices, create technical guides, and conduct training sessions for customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or customer‑facing technical roles.
- Proficiency with Python, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML workloads and experience deploying them at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
