About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud architectures for federal clients, ensuring alignment with government regulations and best practices.
- Lead technical engagements, providing expert guidance on security controls, threat modeling, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security solutions into customer environments, troubleshooting complex security incidents.
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and documentation to empower customers on secure cloud operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating evolving compliance requirements into actionable security strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, information security, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud security architecture, preferably in a customer‑facing or support capacity.
- Deep knowledge of federal security standards (FedRAMP, NIST, DoD) and experience implementing them in cloud environments.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship required to meet compliance and classified information access requirements.
