About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring successful adoption of cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary and documenting solutions for knowledge base.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to educate customers on GCP services and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, tooling, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing or support role focused on cloud-native architecture.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
