Location: Remote Time Zone: U.S. Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Enablement & Training Specialist to help enterprise marketing teams master a modern, automation-first SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical training, and marketing operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys being front-facing with customers while working deeply with workflows, data, and systems.

You’ll lead onboarding, deliver live and cohort-based training programs, and create playbooks that make adoption repeatable and scalable. This role is especially well-suited for candidates coming from top-tier tech companies who bring strong customer presence, technical confidence, and exposure to marketing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding programs from first login through successful adoption

Run live training sessions, workshops, and cohort programs for enterprise customers

Simplify complex technical workflows into clear processes for marketing and content teams

Create and maintain enablement documentation, SOPs, and training resources

Support marketing operations workflows including CRM automation, reporting, and campaign execution

Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement initiatives

Serve as a highly visible, trusted partner to customers throughout their journey

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or SaaS training roles

Experience working at a well-known or reputable technology or SaaS company

Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms

Practical proficiency in Python and SQL , used in real workflows, reporting, or enablement contexts

Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience, strong fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with U.S. or UK-based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong educator mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Marketing agency experience or close partnership with marketing teams

Knowledge of SEO, content operations, or lifecycle marketing

Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, or data-driven platforms

Tools & Technology

HubSpot or comparable CRM

Python, SQL

Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

Automation and reporting tools
