Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth customer interviews and surveys to uncover pain points, preferences, and buying behaviors for eCommerce platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into actionable features, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic direction and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer development, market research, or product strategy within an eCommerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex data into clear business insights.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
