The Customer Care Agent AT (m/w/d) will advise customers on real estate topics, identify their needs, and connect them with suitable partners. This role involves acting as a problem solver, communicating through various channels, and taking responsibility for customer portfolios to achieve sales targets.

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary according to the KV Immobilienverwalter of EUR 2,215 for 40 hours/week (14 salaries), with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive an attractive bonus model for the quality of your work.
