Analyze customer data to drive experience improvements, using SQL, Python and Tableau to uncover insights, build dashboards, and support data‑driven decision making across marketing and product teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large customer datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visual reports that highlight key experience metrics and trends.
- Perform statistical analyses and A/B test evaluations to measure the impact of marketing and product initiatives.
- Map and analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer analytics, data visualization, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), and Tableau for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
