Customer Analytics and Experience Analyst
Software Engineer
Analyze customer data to uncover insights, build visual dashboards, and improve the overall experience using Domo and advanced data visualization techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform customer datasets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports in Domo that highlight key performance indicators and customer behavior trends.
- Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify patterns, segmentation opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations that enhance the customer journey.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of analytics solutions, updating models and visualizations as new data becomes available.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably with Domo or similar BI platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex customer data and communicate insights clearly.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
