About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute analytical frameworks to evaluate loyalty program performance and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate insights to product, marketing, and data teams.
- Perform segmentation, predictive modeling, and A/B testing to optimize offer targeting and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define metrics, data requirements, and measurement strategies.
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality for large‑scale customer datasets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer or marketing analytics, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong Python skills for statistical analysis and modeling.
- Hands‑on experience building interactive Tableau dashboards and visual reports.
- Demonstrated ability to design and interpret A/B tests and other experimental methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
