Develop and extend Salesforce solutions as part of a Center of Excellence, crafting custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations to enhance customer engagement and drive innovation in healthcare.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data consistency and security.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and deliver high‑quality solutions on Agile sprints.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment to production environments using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations to support the broader Salesforce Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong Apex and Lightning skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD processes.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and integration patterns within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
