Software Engineer
Lead the design and validation of custom camera silicon, driving innovation in image capture, lens stabilization, and depth sensing for next‑generation products using ASIC, FPGA, and embedded software.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate custom silicon solutions for camera modules, including image signal processors, lens‑stabilization ASICs, and depth‑sensing chips.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to integrate silicon into product stacks and ensure performance targets are met.
- Develop and maintain RTL, simulation, and verification environments (Verilog/VHDL, SystemVerilog, UVM) to guarantee silicon reliability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot silicon‑level issues, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Contribute to technology scouting, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement of design flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in custom silicon design for imaging or sensor applications.
- Proficiency in RTL design (Verilog/VHDL), simulation, and ASIC verification methodologies.
- Strong understanding of image signal processing pipelines and camera sensor interfaces.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
