Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive aerospace engineering curricula for technical training courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and certification requirements.
• Design and deliver engaging instructional materials, including lectures, labs, simulations, and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate cutting‑edge aerospace technologies and best practices into course content.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and continuously refine training modules based on participant outcomes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of aerospace industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging educational technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and technical instruction within aerospace or related engineering domains.
• Strong understanding of aerospace systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools and learning management systems.
