About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Cúram implementations, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion and high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients and integration partners to design, configure, and test system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production environments, resolving issues and maintaining system stability.
- Document solutions, create technical specifications, and contribute to knowledge base and best‑practice guides.
- Mentor junior consultants and share expertise on Cúram architecture, customization, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Cúram or similar government service platforms.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and data migration.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment.
