Lead Salesforce technical initiatives, architect solutions, and mentor teams to deliver robust CRM enhancements using Apex, Lightning, and integration APIs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
- Lead data migration and integration projects, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning, and integration.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io) and API integration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder) preferred.
