Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CRM to meet finance and operations requirements.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting.
- Design and produce dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all CRM processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and customization.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in finance or operations environments is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
