Software Engineer
Lead CRM system enhancements for a global education platform, driving data quality, integration, and process automation using Salesforce and SQL to support partner schools and improve student outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of partner schools, ensuring data integrity and optimal user experience.
- Design and implement data integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for end‑users, enhancing adoption and proficiency across the partner network.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to prioritize and execute CRM enhancements and new feature rollouts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform in an educational or SaaS environment.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, reporting, and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi) and API development.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global team.
