About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end CRM strategy aligned with AI‑enabled business objectives.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve customer journey maps and segmentation models.
- Leverage data analytics and machine‑learning insights to personalize outreach and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to integrate CRM workflows into the broader ServiceNow AI platform.
- Monitor performance metrics, produce actionable reports, and iterate on tactics to exceed KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading CRM strategy, preferably with Salesforce or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and AI/ML concepts for customer insights.
- Proven track record of designing customer journey maps and executing data‑driven marketing automation campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities to align cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
