Senior CRM Analyst driving data‑driven insights and process improvements across Salesforce, leveraging SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to optimize customer engagement and reporting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and reporting on CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Design and maintain SQL queries and dashboards that provide actionable insights to cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to refine data collection, validation, and integration processes.
- Develop and automate Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and quality checks.
- Provide training and documentation for CRM users to ensure consistent data practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM analysis, preferably with Salesforce.
- Strong SQL skills and experience building complex queries and data models.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
