About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and optimal configuration for marketing and sales teams.
- Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies to support targeted marketing campaigns and improve customer lifetime value.
- Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights, create dashboards, and produce regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate CRM data with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, and trigger events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms in a B2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience designing and executing marketing automation campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business actions.
