About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for CRM and customer engagement applications.
- Validate functional and non‑functional requirements against business specifications.
- Log, track, and verify defects using a defect management system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manual testing of CRM platforms or similar customer‑facing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and understanding of iterative delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross‑functional teams.
