About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full CRM campaign lifecycle for the Sports Interaction casino, from concept through execution and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain the promotional calendar, aligning marketing initiatives with product launches, events, and seasonal opportunities.
- Design, implement, and optimise targeted player journeys using segmentation, personalization, and automation tools.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate creative, offers, and timing, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on CRM experience in iGaming, online gambling, or a closely related digital entertainment sector.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with solid SQL knowledge and the ability to interpret large data sets to drive optimisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
