About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end CRM campaigns across email, mobile, and web channels.
- Analyze customer data to segment audiences, optimize messaging, and measure campaign performance.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage CRM platform configuration, data hygiene, and integration with external systems.
- Report on key metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and customer lifecycle concepts.
