About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Manage Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, automation workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design and launch targeted lifecycle campaigns.
- Analyze customer data to uncover segmentation opportunities, predict churn, and recommend retention tactics.
- Lead cross-functional projects, setting timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on CRM best practices and tool usage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM management experience, preferably in a consumer goods or B2C environment.
- Proficient with Salesforce (admin and developer skills) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, cohort analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
