Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end CRM campaigns across email, push, and in‑app channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and product initiatives.
- Segment and model customer data to deliver personalized experiences, using tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Analyze campaign performance, churn, and lifetime value metrics to optimize ROI and inform future strategy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Analytics, Creative) to integrate CRM insights into broader marketing plans.
- Maintain data hygiene, compliance, and governance standards across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM management experience in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel, or similar data tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
