Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise CRM solutions, driving customer engagement and data quality across multiple industries using Salesforce and advanced data integration techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end CRM implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance standards.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in Agile environments to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage change requests.
- Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, including data migration, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior developers and business users on CRM best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy and implementation, preferably with Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of data integration patterns, ETL tools, and data quality management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an Agile setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
