Lead CRM performance and strategic insight across the customer lifecycle, using data analysis, SQL, Python and visualization tools to drive marketing effectiveness and business growth.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the CRM data strategy to enhance customer lifecycle performance.
- Analyse large‑scale customer datasets, uncovering insights that inform segmentation, targeting and campaign optimisation.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance and compliance across all CRM platforms.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data modelling and analytics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM analytics or data planning within a retail or e‑commerce environment.
- Strong SQL proficiency and solid programming skills in Python (or similar) for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
