Data Analyst
Analyze and maintain CRM data, build dashboards, and support data‑driven decision‑making using SQL, ETL tools, and visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the CRM system, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to support sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Administer user access, security settings, and workflow configurations within the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience with major CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and data administration.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling concepts.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
