About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the customer data architecture across CRM platforms, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL and scripting to support analytics and reporting.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports in Excel and BI tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and implement data governance best practices.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CRM Data Analyst or similar role, with strong SQL proficiency.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced skills in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
