At Getnet, we are looking for a CRM Consultant to join our team in São Paulo, in a hybrid model (3x in-person). You will work in CRM Analytics with a focus on data science applied to customer journeys and behavior. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable diagnoses and insights to support CRM, activation, and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Construction of diagnoses and analyses of the customer base
Identification of offenders and activation opportunities
Development of segmentations and analytical models
Generation of insights for CRM and business areas
Translation of data into strategic action plans

Requirements

Senior profile with a strong analytical and statistical base
Background in quantitative areas
Desirable experience with CRM Analytics and customer vision
Knowledge in statistical modeling and databases
Experience with Python, R, Databricks, and SaaS tools
Investigative, proactive, and results-oriented profile
Intermediate Spanish
Differential: master's, doctorate, or technical/academic specialization
