Drive customer engagement and loyalty across Africa by designing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns, promotions, and retention programs using email marketing, data analysis, and automation tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and monitor multi‑channel CRM campaigns and promotions targeting African markets to increase customer engagement and repeat purchase rates.
- Segment audiences, build personalized journeys, and implement A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results using SQL and analytics tools, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring data quality, proper tagging, and integration with other marketing systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing CRM and retention programs, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar) and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to write SQL queries and interpret data to drive decisions.
- Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and project‑management abilities, with a track record of delivering campaigns on schedule.
